James is an associate in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of professional and medical malpractice, construction litigation and industrial accidents, products liability, and tort and liability defense. James also has experience litigating admiralty claims, anti-trust claims, dram shop claims, and subrogation actions.
Prior to his role as an associate as Morrison Mahoney, James served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Department for a year.
