Felice is a partner in the New York and New Jersey offices of Morrison Mahoney LLP. She focuses her practice in trucking and transportation casualty and serves as national and regional catastrophic loss counsel for some of the largest motor carriers and transportation insurers in the United States. Felice also serves as National Coordinating Counsel for Student Transportation of America, one of the largest school bus transportation providers in the United States. She also concentrates her practice in the areas of premises liability and security.
Felice’s practice spans the state and federal courts of both New York and New Jersey. She frequently lectures at national seminars and client symposiums. She is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
