Eric Ruiz is an associate in the New York office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Eric worked as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier as well as a successful plaintiffs’ law firm. As a member of his law school’s innocence program, Eric was part of a team of student attorneys, private investigators and faculty who planned and executed a factual re-investigation of a wrongly convicted client’s case which contributed to his release from prison after almost 20 years.
