Derek Gratza-Wells is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and long-term care liability.

Before joining the firm, Derek clerked at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for the Honorable Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian from 2022 to 2023.  In his position as a judicial law clerk, he assisted on over one hundred cases on appeal.

While in law school, Derek served as Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk University Law Review.  He also worked as a law clerk at Rimon, P.C., assisting on trusts and estates litigation.
