Daniela O’Regan is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and long-term care liability and represents clients in civil enforcement actions in cases of abuse, neglect, Medicare/Medicaid fraud matters and guardianship proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniela worked in admiralty law representing clients in litigation and transactional matters with a focus on maritime law including the Jones Act.
