Brittany is an associate in the Providence office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation.

Before joining her current firm, Brittany practiced at several Providence-based law firms, where she gained substantial experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, and criminal defense litigation. She has appeared in both state and federal court, handling cases through trial preparation and resolution.

Brittany earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2020, where she served as a Rule 9 Student Attorney with the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General and the RWU Criminal Defense Clinic. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.

Brittany is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Defense Counsel of Rhode Island and currently serves in the RIBA House of Delegates (2023–2025). She is also a board member of the Friends of Zachary Dauphinee Scholarship Foundation.
