Andrew is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney and concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and medical product liability representing hospitals, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals as well as corporate and educational institutions. In a prior role, Andrew consulted for a large multi-national medical device manufacturer where he led and conducted an evaluation of its internal investigation and reporting processes.
Andrew has successfully defended his clients at trial in both the District and Superior courts of Massachusetts as lead counsel and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and all state courts in Massachusetts. He has represented clients in private arbitrations, mediations, and is well-versed in all aspects of civil litigation.
Before joining Morrison Mahoney, Andrew gained significant experience in civil litigation and insurance defense working on the in-house litigation team for a Fortune 100 insurance company. As part of this practice, he represented both the company and its insured clients in a wide range of liability issues.
