Adam is an associate in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and hospital/ long-term care liability and defends medical facilities and care providers.
Adam graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017, where he served on the Editorial Board for the Seton Hall University Law Review. He was a legal extern at the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General, in the Division for Professional Boards Prosecution. In this role, he assisted the Deputy Attorneys General in the prosecution of licensure actions against medical professionals. He clerked at a New Jersey-based firm where he assisted in plaintiff’s-side medical malpractice litigation.
After graduation, Adam was appointed the judicial clerk for the Honorable Donald A. Kessler (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity Division for Essex County. After the conclusion of his appointment, he joined a New-Jersey litigation firm where he handled equitable matters, personal injury actions, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability, contract disputes and member/shareholder dissolution actions. Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Adam practiced at a New Jersey medical malpractice defense firm, where he defended medical providers and facilities in catastrophic injury litigation.
