Morrison Mahoney Partner Joe Flanagan and Associate Amy Parker were featured in an article entitled “Nursing facility: Treatment of pressure sore was appropriate” that appeared in the November 2017 issue of VerdictSearch New England after obtaining a defense verdict in favor of a skilled nursing facility in a wrongful death case in which the plaintiff alleged that care provided to the decedent’s pressure sore did not comply with the standard of care.
