Morrison Mahoney Partner Alan Brown and Associate Rebecca Robertson Obtain Dismissal of Board of Bar Overseers Complaint

Morrison Mahoney Partner Alan Brown and Associate Rebecca Robertson recently obtained a dismissal of a Board of Bar Overseers complaint.  Alan and Rebecca’s client, a lawyer, allegedly neglected a personal injury matter and then failed to keep the complainant updated concerning the matter’s status.   Following review of Alan and Rebecca’s written submission detailing the lawyer’s efforts on behalf of the complainant and related communications, the Board dismissed the matter on the papers and without conducting any further proceedings.
