Partners Michael Hayden and Alan Brown recently spoke as juror-panelists at the Massachusetts Bar Association 2019 Trial Academy. Co-sponsored by the MBA’s Civil Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Division, this two-day intensive provides training in trial procedure and techniques, including opening and closing statements, examination of witnesses, and the introduction of evidence.
More than 30 lawyers received training in civil trial procedure and practice from seasoned courtroom veterans during today’s inaugural Trial Academy on April 3-4 at the MBA’s Boston office.
