New Jersey Partner Christopher Martin and Associate Ryan Franco received a dismissal pursuant to a motion hearing as to a personal injury matter. The case involved an individual who fell, allegedly herniating discs in his lumbar and thoracic spine in the process. The injured man certified to the Court that he was unable to perform any physical duties at home or at work. We were able to obtain evidence that the injured man misrepresented his condition to the Court and was in fact working. A Motion to Dismiss was filed and the Court granted the motion dismissing all claims against our client.
