Joining the Morrison Mahoney partnership are:

Kevin W. Buono (Boston, MA)– Kevin concentrates his practice the areas of consumer class actions/mass torts, regulatory compliance, drug and medical device liability, Medical Malpractice Defense, long-term care liability, and other commercial and consumer healthcare-related litigation. He represents regional and national clients operating in the healthcare space that span over several aspects of health law.

Lauren E. Cincotta (Boston, MA)- Lauren focuses her practice on the defense of catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She represents clients in a broad range of complex matters including medical malpractice, long-term care liability, professional liability, G.L. c. 93a claims, general negligence, and regulatory compliance. She has significant experience assisting nursing home administrators and nurses navigate regulatory requirements and investigations by professional licensing boards, including representation at administrative hearings. Lauren brings several years of experience including representing clients at trials and arbitrations.

Kristy Eagan (New York, NY)– Kristy concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on health care insurance fraud, civil racketeering (RICO), and post judgment enforcement.  In addition, Kristy has experience in areas of construction litigation and labor law.   Kristy has experience practicing at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court in New York and New Jersey.

Andrew P. Hogan (Providence, RI)- Andrew concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation, representing employers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation under the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Act.  He appears regularly before the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court.

Peter A. Monaco (Boston, MA)– Peter concentrates his practice on general liability defense, including premises and product liability, as well as construction law, commercial/business litigation, and employment litigation. With over a decade of extensive civil litigation experience, Peter has represented clients in the transportation, retail, and construction industries, counseling business owners, contractors, and property owners in all stages of litigation, with successful results after trials and alternative dispute resolutions throughout Massachusetts.

Stephen P. Ryan (Providence, RI)– Stephen focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense. Specifically, he handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including automobile, construction, professional malpractice, toxic torts, product liability, bad faith and premises liability suits throughout both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Stephen handles cases from their inception, including investigation and all facets of discovery. He is experienced with all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including binding arbitrations and mediations. Stephen also has extensive trial experience.

Kateryna Stupnevich (New York, NY)- Kateryna is a member of the complex claims and insurance groups and concentrates her practice in the areas of products, general liability, life science, insurance coverage litigation and arbitrations. Her practice also encompasses professional liability, property claims, and commercial and business litigation.

Karina Trost (New York, NY)- Karina focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation, including healthcare and insurance coverage issues, the prosecution of insurance and health insurance fraud, including civil RICO claims and fraud actions against individual and corporate healthcare providers, medical device providers and pharmaceutical companies, as well as forensic investigations on illegal corporate structures, improper licensing, and money laundering.  She is also experienced in securities arbitration before FINRA, the defense of investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the SEC, broker-dealer compliance, regulatory and employment issues.

Justin R. Veiga (Manchester, NH)- Justin is lead counsel for all New Hampshire workers’ compensation matters. He has successfully litigated and resolved countless claims on behalf of employers and carriers before the New Hampshire Department of Labor and Compensation Appeals Board. Additionally, Justin represents hospitals and doctors of all specialties, dentists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in New Hampshire state and federal court, and before their professional licensing boards.
