Joe is a partner in the Hartford and Bridgeport offices of Morrison Mahoney and has more than twenty years of experience in civil litigation. Since joining Morrison Mahoney, Joe has defended clients in a variety of tort and liability matters, including many catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Joe’s practice has concentrated on clients in the transportation business, including trucking, school bus, and rental car companies.
Joe has represented commercial clients in premise liability and construction defect cases and insurance companies in coverage matters. He has a broad range of experience to offer his clients.
Joe is a former editor of the firm’s Connecticut Law Update newsletter covering developments in Connecticut law.
Prior to joining Morrison Mahoney, Joe for several years worked at a general practice firm where his practice concentrated on personal injury.
