Tom is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and defense and represents domestic and foreign insurers on coverage, defense and bad faith matters.
Tom was a partner at Morrison Mahoney from 2005-2016 before leaving to join an excess and surplus lines insurance agency formerly known as Quaker Special Risk (now Jencap Specialty Insurance Services), where he served in the roles of Operations Manager and Executive Vice President.
