Tom is a partner in the Boston office of Morrison Mahoney. He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort liability and product liability and represents individuals and business entities in matters throughout the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts. His civil litigation practice includes the defense of complex matters involving products liability, personal injury/negligence, construction litigation, toxic torts, premises liability, and professional liability.

Tom has extensive experience investigating and defending a wide variety of cases, including cases involving power tools, passenger and commercial vehicles, forklifts, turbines and generators, and machinery and other products associated with manufacturing plants, paper mills, power plants, and commercial & military ships and aircraft.

Tom’s prior experience includes six years as a litigation manager at manager at Electric Insurance Co., a business unit of General Electric. While at EIC, Tom managed the defense of complex, multi-party asbestos and environmental claims against General Electric in 14 states. Tom’s work on behalf of G.E. and other clients has provided him with exceptional insight into client needs and expectations. Tom utilizes this insight, combined with relentless analysis and defense of each case, to achieve the best possible result for the client, whether through settlement, motion practice or trial.
