Litigation Paralegal – Boston, MA

Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a full-time Litigation Paralegal for its Boston, Massachusetts office in the following practice areas:

• Premises Liability
• Product Liability
• Professional Liability

Responsibilities:

• Completing deposition summaries.
• Managing discovery, including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain medical records.
• Preparing pleadings and forms.
• Organizing case documents and files.
• Reviewing medical and employment records.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of prior litigation experience.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office:  Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in .PDF software, particularly Nuance Power .PDF.
• Ability to add Bates-stamping, combining files, separating files, and editing .PDFs.

Salary Range:  $45K – $55K (salary commensurate with experience).
