PART-TIME FALL LAW CLERK – Providence, RI

Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a part-time Fall Law Clerk for its Providence, Rhode Island office.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting memoranda, pleadings and discovery.
• Drafting motions on complex subject matters critical to litigation.

We are looking for a motivated, interested self-starter with the ability to work in the office.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to review and analyze complicated material and present it in a logical, organized fashion. The ability to think critically is essential.  This is an excellent opportunity for law students who are interested in pursuing a career as a trial attorney.

Qualifications:

• 2L and 3L students with superior research, writing and analytical skills.

Hourly Rate:  $25 – $30 per hour (approximately 20 hours per week).
